Terms of Service

By engaging 10K Solutions for services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

10K Solutions provides done-for-you AI automation setup, configuration, and ongoing management services for home service contractors, as described on our website and in individual service agreements.

Services are billed monthly on your billing date. You authorize 10K Solutions to charge your payment method on file on each billing date. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service after a 5-day grace period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. Your service will continue through the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months except as specified in applicable service guarantees.

Our service guarantees are as described on our website and in your individual service agreement. Guarantee eligibility requires that onboarding information is provided accurately and that the client follows recommended processes. Guarantees apply to the specific metrics described for each service tier.

All systems, configurations, automations, and materials created by 10K Solutions remain the intellectual property of 10K Solutions unless otherwise agreed in writing in a signed contract. Clients receive a license to use configured systems during the active service period.

10K Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits or revenue.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 10K Solutions and its principals from and against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10K Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
